At Syntek Global success is a choice. Period. Corporate Overview Syntek Global Inc. was incorporated on December 27, 2007 and is a company dedicated to the success of our independent distributors. The value of our company is based upon the collective value of the people involved, every person playing an integral role. Although in its infancy, the company is seeing tremendous growth through the release of our inaugural product, Syntek Engine Boost 2.0. With visionary leadership, we have an eye on cutting edge technologies and marketing methods, creating additional opportunity for our distributor base and attracting a new demographic of network marketers. We are constantly seeking innovation and growth to continue to leverage leading market trends and create new growth opportunities for our distributors. Management Team John Winterholler CEO & President John brings extensive management and leadership experience to the Syntek Global team. His resume includes executive positions in both publicly traded and privately held companies, with a specific background in the financial services and technology industries, including American Express Company, US Bancorp, Piper Jaffrey, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Speaking Roses International Inc., and White Box Technologies Inc. John is a co-founder of the Strategic Leadership Partners, a management consulting firm specifically formed to assist companies in determining and adjusting their business strategies to achieve optimal results in the areas of launching new ventures, identification of key success factors, business plan formulation and execution, human capital management, and funding strategies. John’s background also includes the introduction and rollout of new products and services to exceed customer expectations. Kirk Newman Vice President, Marketing & Sales Kirk brings his entrepreneurial expertise along with his network marketing background to Syntek Global. He has owned several successful businesses involved with the manufacturing and distribution of patented products in the construction industry. He is an expert in developing and implementing marketing plans to sell these products throughout the U.S. and internationally. For years, he has been a successful networker, and as such, contributes his knowledge and success to the Syntek distributor field. Curt Ence Vice President, Product Research & Development Curt brings years of management experience and entrepreneurial ownership of his own businesses to the Syntek Global team. He has been both CEO and President of six different companies that he has started, built and sold over the years. His specific background is in accounting and business relations. These businesses include manufacturing facility, Page Industrial Supply, Ward International, C and R Enterprises, Page Brake Warehouse, Page Brake Company and he is a member of the a Utah Realtor association. He has imported and exported products from Thailand, Taiwan and China. He has also spent five years in several network marketing companies and has been successful reaching a Diamond level. He has worked in both the private and public sectors of business. Joel Theler Vice President, Distributor Relations Joel brings leadership experience and the ability to communicate with distributors. He has been very successful for the last four years in building and maintaining a network marketing company as a high level distributor. He understands what it takes to be successful in the direct selling business and bring a wealth of knowledge to Syntek Global. He owns his own maintenance facility business and has an extensive background in computer technology. He specializes in business and marketing. |
